Cream of Cauliflower Soup

1 head. cauliflower, sliced

1 cup. heavy cream

2 ½  qt  chicken stock

1 ea. white onion, sliced

10-12 ea. garlic cloves, smashed

3 oz  heavy whipping cream

1 Tbsp. black pepper, cracked


  1. In a stock pot, add the chicken stock, celery, onion, garlic, and black pepper. Bring to a boil and add cauliflower.
  2. Simmer until the cauliflower is soft and tender.
  3. Transfer to a blender and add ingredients until smooth.
  4. Add 1 cup of heavy cream.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

**** Remove the cream from the recipe and make it vegan!!!!

Chef's Tips

Any vegetable with these ingredients make an amazing at-home soup or exclude the cream and make it vegan!
